I'm having the same problem. I'm using Windows Vista
. And like the rest of you on here, tech support is anything but.
I read something about having to do a regedit to allow certain .dll files. I tried that and it still didn't work.
I also heard that with Vista you are not inherently given administrator access. You have to set it up. Anyone here know how to do that?
