So I have my shinny new Tivo HD and Insight keeps telling me that Cable Cards don't work in it and I don't need a Tivo....after hours on the phone and a tech coming with 2 cable cards no dice....hours on the phone with tivo more...still no dice...we keep running into authorization problems....ugh....anyone get this working with Insight communications?
yeah, well that would be helpful! I wouldn't expect DOA equipment...the guys like yeah, a lot of the ones we bring out are dead...makes me think they would be extra careful to test them now..but nope, gotta wait one week again!
