Well today was the day for the Cable cards to be installed. Installer came within the alloted time window just like he was supposed to.Installer was neat and well dressed and some what professional for the most part.Cards where Installed it took about 20-30 mins... Everything appeared fine until I went to find HBO..It was discovered that one of the card wasnt paired correctly.
Basically he had left without the job being complete,after calling so called customer service checked and double check about picking them up was told that I can stop by the local offfice and pick up new cards,get to the offfice not so much.The lady at the counter she tried her best and told me" Cards cant be picked up from the office the installer has to come out.. So the installer comes back out to my place and still could not get the cards to pair... Get all channels except HBO... So I am waiting for a call and see where it goes..Nothing like waisting a day...

Call the customer support number and make sure that the HBO service is enabled for both your CableCARDs. This is something they can check over the phone. Tell them to think of each card as a separate STB and make sure your proper services are enabled on both.

Everything but HBO works!...?

If it was me, I'd tell Comcast to remove HBO from my account. If they can't figure out THEIR issue, then I wouldn't pay for the premium channel. If they can fix it, then I'll pay for it. They will come around once you stop paying them for something you are not getting.
