Aside from being a refurbished unit (which doesn't bother me too much) the bigger problem with that offer is you have to pay the highest service fees since you only have choice of 1 year commitment - monthly or prepay. At this point with the THD released the S3 needs to get down to <= $400 and with 3-year service plans available.
