I am BACK, baby!
I tried, I really tried. I went HD, and since I was with DTV, I took their "DVR" (quotes intentional). I gave them nearly 10 months to get their act together, and it never happened.
The final straw was when the thing deleted a program WHILE I was watching it. WTF? Then, it deleted a program I had not even watched yet. ..very uncool.
So, I learned that I could cancel my DTV contract for only $180, and I went for it.
With any luck, I'll be back online by Saturday.
