It's a trap!

It's not #1 on my hit parade but I'm still enjoying it.

I figured as soon as the male pimp was involved that he probably actually stole the shoe box of Ray's but was still disappointed. Maybe since he's gone he'll head back over to AMC. (I can only hope)

I was not a big fan of this episode -- I did not laugh at all. Ray's transformation from trans-phobic to supportive escort was just too ridiculous to be funny. Maybe if they had toned down his trans-phobic behavior some. Also, the transsexual looked 99.9% feminine to me. I just could not believe that she had a Y-chromosome, nor that she was recognized by her old highschool classmates.

I think his initial reaction was believable after the previous night's events. I don't think it was so much homophobic as he was shocked and then questioning his own self because he liked it so much.

I enjoy this show a lot. I think it's very underrated for an HBO show.

Just finished watching season 2 and have season 3 saved up on the tivo. Hoping season 3 is much better than season 2, which I thought was awful. Worth watching?

This season has been just ok in my opinion.

I think this season is one of the best. The introduction of Jason, a customer who's a real cop, opening the wellness center, sex with a former student. What's not to like?

I'd like the show better if it was named Average.

Season 2 was a bit of a drag. This season is much better. I do wish we could see less Anne Heche though. I can't stand her character.

But Season 2 had that Lenore episode. Golly.

I find that, for whatever reason, I never like ANY Anne Heche character. Maybe I just don't like HER.

I have been watching since the beginning. Odd to say, but the show has become pretty weird. I think one reason I watch is that I like the actor who plays Tanya. I think it's because I loved her short turn in Frasier. She played such a great b!tch.

I think I'm mostly hanging in there because I'm so invested. I'm good with nudity (the more the better) and sex (ditto), but some of the storylines are just weird/boring.

Oh, and as for the transgender lady - I felt like she was a female by birth who was just trying to lower her voice a little.

So I watched the season finale and I am wondering, has this show been renewed? They really kind of played things out as if it were the end of the show. Ray's ex getting some cajones and telling her boss to take a flying leap after playing the submissive wife for years. Lenore getting shot by the young pimp's GF. Ray and his "Pimp" finally figuring out they have a real partnership (and settling with the pimp by getting those cows). It just felt like a series finale to me.

I don't believe it has been renewed and at this point I'd say it would be on the bubble depending on if HBO has anything else.
