hulu queue how long after updating online will premiere update

it's been over half hour and it still didnt update. things like activating are instant, why not queue updates (since searching for stuff on the tivo are virtually impossible with the interface)

It should be instant. I've never experienced any delays when adding something to my queue and then going directly to my Premiere to watch what I just added.
ah so maybe hulu and tivo really do have a problem then...i couldnt see audio and video and just gave up..have an hdmi issue
When I addded a show to my HULU queue online Saturday night, it showed up on my Premiere as soon as I looked at it. Right after I added it online I opened up the Hulu+ application on that Premiere and the show was there.

Did you add a show that showed it was available on Hulu+?

Remember the shows that are available on Hulu through a computer's web browser that are not marked as Hulu+ shows are not available on connected devices (TiVo, Roku, Boxee, etc.).
yes always logged into the plus account..or wait, do you mean while i'm logged into the plus account it shows me shows that cannot be on tivo? if so thats nuts :)

Yes it is nuts but when you log into Hulu+ on a computer it shows you all the shows in the combined Hulu+ & Hulu catalog, as you can view all of them on the computer.

However if you add a show to your queue that can only be viewed on a computer it will not show up if you access Hulu+ through a connected device. Remember only shows marked as available on Hulu+ can be viewed on connected devices.
Just for general reference Hulu.com has shows that are available in the following 3 ways/categories:

  1. Shows available for Free but only available from a computer
  2. Shows available for Free but also available on connected devices for Hulu+ subscribers
  3. Shows only available to Hulu+ subscribers either on a computer or a connected device
And just to mess you up more some shows change which of the categories they fall into over time. As an example House starts out in category #3 and then after so many days (I think 7 or 10) converts to category #2.

All of this is up to Hulu and TiVo has no control over it.

oh i'm aware of the limitations about time, i found out the few shows i would want are available only 30 days after and only for 2 weeks..who in the world could keep track of that without a spreadsheet

i love the bravo ones....bravo lets us have X shows at a time so this may vary..or some such nonsense..so you never know what it would even show

i'm very unimpressed with hulu and after my trial, or perhaps before, will cancel
