Short story:
Last week the tuning adapter stopped connecting to TiVo Edge. This caused a loss of some channels.
Yesterday 18Sept25 a HSC was delivered and after self install and 30 min on support; Edge is receiving all paid for channels.

Just putting this out there for others in this area.

Kinda crappy that they didn't give you the HSC box before they transitioned.

I'm in Santa Clarita using Spectrum. My tuning adapters stopped working on Wed. I called tech support. They didn't know what was up. I had to wait until today (Saturday) to get a tech out who could handle. He knew right away that they had made the switch to the HSC but had failed to send the HSC to me. Before he came, the tech made sure he had the HSC's with him. But I went from Wed to this morning wondering what was up. The tech was joined by his "super" and between them they got the new HSC to sync -- and more than that, they preserved my MOCA network too. So my Tivo 4K 0streaming box is running on ethernet carried across the coax in the house as well as supporting 2 active Tivos and 2 tivos that are just archives accessible on the MOCA network. It took them nearly 3 hours to do it but all is well that ends well. My worse fears were NOT realized. It seems like Tivo will be supported by Spectrum SoCal for a long time into the future. The HSC is model HSC-1-H Vecima
