My 10250 is starting to blank out (video & audio) more frequently which means imminent HDMI failure from all I've read here. I bought it a year & a half ago from 6th Ave Electronics and got the extended warranty offered by Mack Cam.
If anyone has used Mack Cam, what is the normal turnaround and did they fix the problem to your satisfaction? Is this a circuit card they will swap out? Will any recordings on the HDD remain after the fix?
It's hard to let go of the box even with the aggrevating problem...guess that's codependency huh? Thanks for your advice!
