Does "RF capabilities" mean "output video via RF coax", or "remote control can use RF instead of IR"? The answer to both questions is "no". You would need a video modulator to convert the HR10's composite or SVideo output to RF, and its output resolution must be set at "480i".
For rf remote capabilities you'll need an rf extender. I believe weakness sells some. For an rf out coax connection, you'll an rf modulator connected to the composite outputs and resolution set to 480i.
