We're having our storage room drywalled which means my setup's in pieces and I'm contemplating putting it back together more neatly. I've run coax and 3X HDMI for two TVs into this space, which also houses the cable modem, patch panel, and network switch in a 6U rack. I've been running a Roamio Pro and a Premiere (with RF dongle), which were sitting on a wire shelving unit. Since I have to re-mount the rack, I'm considering getting something taller and moving the TiVos into it on shelves. The The Tivos are only 20-25 feet from the viewing positions, right now (above a common wall with TVs on both sides) and the remotes work great, but the cabling's kind of a mess with all the coax for the TAs, etc., and I'd like to tidy it up. Am I likely to run into issues with the Roamio remote, depending on the faraday-cage-ish-ness of the rack enclosure? (I can just thread the premiere's receiver out the bottom, if need be.)
