Hi,
I've been experiencing an issue for the past 3 years since 2017 software update.
I have been with "support" for all this time, with no fix on the horizon.
This is clearly a software bug, however I just cannot get them to even acknowledge it,
much less take a look or fix this bug.
I have specifically isolated this to Tivo Bolt and later, and not the cable company, cable card, tuning adapter, tv, cables, or any other peripherals.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to break through the support "brick wall?"
This thread is not "pure" (multiple issues in the same thread) but my issue
is specifically about tivo not tuning in the sound portion of the recording,
and not any doulby, PCM issues (not any kind of output issue)
