How do I manage/cancel TiVo Desktop Plus convert/transcode queue?

My wife likes the simplicity of TiVo Desktop Plus and its ability to transcode and publish into iTunes. So, that is not going to change today. However she gets into a bind frequently.

How I do cancel a transcode or delete the queue? My wife is not getting any confirmation that transcoding is running will often right click and transcode again and the TiVo software is too stupid to know that it already has it in the queue or had already converted it.

Is there a text file, XML file, reg entry, or something I can edit to kill the queue?

Thanks.

Looks like it's at
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Tivo Desktop\TranscodingService.xml
in XP.

%userprofile% typically expands to
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]
in windows XP.
You can Run a CMD window to confirm that... CMD usually opens to that path by default, but you can also run "SET" and confirm that nothing has changed that environment variable (look for USERPROFILE= near the bottom of the list after running 'set').

I have not installed it on any of my Win7 machines, so I'm not sure about the location in that.

I'm having the same problem. What do I do when I get that .xml file? Should I delete it?
