I'm pretty sure if it can't be done with this software:

MFS Tools 3.2

It can't be done at all.

Can you PLEASE stop spamming the Forum?

What are you talking about spamming?

I posted the question one time in the TIVO Bolt section and the only response I get is a link to this section of the forum without a single word written .

So I take " This is a better place to post that question"

The real question is why is everyone on this forum so scared to talk about improving their TIVo with upgrading to larger hard drive or backing up their TV shows.
When I use to have replayTV, there were forums and software available to do these things with no problem.

In this forum, everything is kept secret even basic instruction on how to do factory reset for some reason.

I have been without service for over 2 months, I have purchased a new TIVO bolt and a very expensive largest hard drive I could find.

Why would people be opposed to me getting it working?

You've posted, by my count, 3 times at least on the same subject, when the question is already thoroughly answered.

I don't count 3 time. I posted 1 time in Bolt section and I was told there to post it in the upgrade area. So I posted it in the upgrade section.

It has never been answered even 1 as evident as when I google the question, my own question is the top and only relavent result and its still now answered.

MFS Tools 3.2 does not even list the BOLT as a supported TIVO device let along 14TB.

So to recap the unanswered question.

1.Does MFS Tools 3.2 work on BOLT ?
2. Does it work on 14TB drive size ?

Does it work on 14TB drive size ?
It is questionable as if it is even possible to go to that large of a drive size or whether Tivo can handle it. Since the drive inside the Bolt is a 2.5 inch laptop drive, a basic 3.5 inch drive cannot fit inside and must reside outside in an external case, powered separately, and connect directly to the MB internal SATA. The Tivo software is another point being the v21/Hydra cannot handle large drives (unless that has been fixed and would see 3TB Bolts sold again.)

And just to "tie things up" for future reference: see the answer and discussion at the post (and following, as further info./answers may be added) at MFS Tools 3.2.
