I have 2 TiVo Bolts in my home.

One of them sent message saying message that single channel changed but that's incorrect. So now the shows recorded don't match.

My other TiVo Bolt did not send this message and content for that channel works fine.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve?

Please help. Thanks.

If both devices should receive same content and one is 'correct' why wouldn't a person just do a correction to the one that isn't?
I wonder if the "good" box goes bad after it connects. I'm betting it does since channel change messages are done after a service connection. I expect the OP will be back.

You certainly didn't suggest having both do connections. You certainly appear to have offered nothing that would potentially help the OP. What's the purpose of the 'line up case' before doing anything? That ain't going to get attention for what time period. Just askin! Why wouldn't a person consider a 'Guided Set-Up' on the box that seems to have incorrect information?

Really? Explain! Rather than just mention 'yours doesn't either' I'll ask for an explanation!! The OP said 'one matches' what he thought to be correct.
I can't explain what I don't understand. Maybe you can elaborate on what you mean in your post like in how does one do a "correction" to one unit? Joe linked to a form for reporting a lineup issue and then further commented on why maybe one unit had the right lineup and one didn't.
