I'm trying to make sure "My shows" lists shows that are actually there to watch.

For some odd reason, "Mr. Robot" shows up at the top of the list. I was afraid that shows were on the Bolt which doesn't have room for any more shows.

But when I went to delete, I got a list of episodes and choosing any episode requires me to subscribe to a streaming service. Which I don't plan to do. There's no way that I can see to delete this show.

You probably have a streaming season pass set up. I'd go check the OnePass manager looking for any instances of Mr. Robot, and if found (and wanted), make sure it's set to whatever text sounds like "Recorded Only", instead of "Streaming and Recorded" (or however it phrases it).

Having a OnePass with streaming integration enabled will cause a phantom undeletable folder for that show that floats around the top any time anyone touches the streaming index, which sounds like what you just described.

I doubt that could have happened. I never planned to watch it.

I checked the One Pass Manager and "Mr. Robot" was there. I deleted it but don't know how it got there.

There were four documentaries too. I deleted them from the Wish List. I don't know how they got there.

Now I have no one passes. The Bolt is for storage until I get an antenna. I have not found a way to install it so I haven't bought one. And the antenna I am using is in a very poor location. When there was an old-fashioned TV to put it on top of, it did fine. On a few channels.
