I dont have a usb port on this unit,its old.
Anyone know if this Linksys SPA1001 Phone Adapter with 1FXS Port will work and allow my tivo to phone home thru my network?
I only have a voip phone.
Or this NETGEAR WIRELESS ROUTER VOIP WGR613V?

None of that will work.

Your options are to use serial PPP - I don't know anything about it, but you can search the forums here for more info. Or you could use a turbonet card http://www.9thtee.com/turbonet.htm

Dont have a desktop pc for the TurboNet card

You don't need a desktop pc or any pc for the turbonet card. You need a router and a broadband internet connection. I think you have those.
