I had to reboot my router (an ASUS RT-AC68R). Afterwards all my Tivos upstairs came back online. The issue that I'm having is that the Tivo that's downstairs did not come back online. The WD AC Bridge it's connected to can no longer find the router. But when I removed the Ethernet cable and tried to connect via MOCA I get C33 error message. I know my MOCA network is up and running because all four of the units upstairs are able to see one another on the network. I don't know wtf is the deal with the downstairs setup regarding both the AC Bridge Ethernet connection or the unit nor even connecting via MOCA. HELLLLPPP PLEEEEASE ! THANKS Y'ALL 🙂

First suggestion would be a full power reset, powering everything down and keeping it off for a few minutes, and then powering the devices up, one-at-a-time, ensuring each devices comes online before proceeding to the next. Startup order should be: modem, router, switches, MoCA nodes, wireless access points, TiVo boxes, PCs.
