Help please. I came home from work today to find the display on my TS-RX20 dark. I cycled power. It went through the welcome screens. Moments after the front panel display showed the clock (indicating boot sequence finished?) it went out again. no video, etc.
I've seen in other threads that some folks have had hard drives die after a couple of years. That's about the age of this one. Does this type of failure indicate a bad drive? If the drive is bad, why does it come up nearly all the way?
If it's a bad drive, where can I get a replacement and instructions for format/installation, etc?
I really want to save it if possible because of the lifetime activation. Thanks.
