I have an upgraded Roamio that has been sitting unused for about 6 months. I recently powered it up and it was working fine. I then wanted to reset it, so I ran a Clear & Delete everything. After the Clear & Delete Everything, I have been stuck in the "Almost there" reboot loop.

I have taken the drive out to run MFSR. When I select Reformat TiVo Drive, I get an error that says "MFS Volume Header not found". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wipe the drive with a quick erase with wd diagnostic and the proceed with the MFSR procedure from step 1.

The problem with a c&de on a Roamio or Bolt on TE3 is that it tries to reformat the drive with the current partition layout and if it is a lare drive then it does unpredictable things.
