I'm running my HR10-250 with the original (3.1.something) software and I haven't made a phone call since the initial setup.

This was working fine till this week, when I noticed the program listing data stopped updating.

It's still going to the TiVo service channel, downloading the information, and the status goes from "Receiving" to "Processing" and then "Completed." But the actual listing data isn't updated.

Anyone know why, or what I can do about it?
