HDD Upgrade for DirecTivo

I have a DirecTivo with a failing HDD.
Can someone point me to instructions for replacing the drive.

I've done this with a TivoHD and mfs tools but don't know if I can also do this with a DirecTivo.

Yes - it's quite simple. The MFSlive.org site has tools and instructions if you want to copy the old drive. If you want to start anew, you'll need an image.
