HD PPV movie channel(s) with DTV?

I know this is probably a dumb question, but I've had DirecTV for about 4 years, with NFL Sunday Ticket in HD for about 3, and I was wondering if I should have access to any Pay per view channels that offer HD movies?

Is there such a thing? I can see the normal PPV stuff, but I want HD.

So far, I've only seen channel 99 as the HD PPV movie channel.

Hopefully, when the D11 satellite is launched later this year, D* will offer more HD PPV movie channels.
