The bandwidth used on channel 99 is temp. being used to carry "CDUSA" on
ch. 101(there are two 101's, one is for HD) Regular movies on ch.99 should
resume on Tue. 1/24 @ 6AM. CDUSA is a weekly one hour show, so I expect
this to be the case at least until D* has more bandwidth to play with...
