If the choice is not show the game in HD because of MPEG2 constraints, or show overflow games in MPEG4, they better be doing the latter. I don't care who it pisses off, because I'm sure the CBS AFC games are the ones that would get the ax--which are the ones I'm interested in--and people have had plenty of notice about this.
Somehow they managed to keep 2 MLB HD streams going this year with only MPEG2, so maybe they will figure out a way to keep everybody happy.
