having troubles upgrading hard drive on tivo series 3

im using winmfs and for some reason it will show up my tivo drive but not the new drive im trying to upgrade. if i switch the drive it shows the 2nd drive , but not when i click copy. i can use some help thank you

What model drive are you using?

If it has been formatted before, click the Mounted Drives button in WinMFS. You also need to be on as administrator user.
