I went on line to cancel service for my BOLT. A pop-up says there will be a cancellation fee of $150 which is what I pay annually in November. If I understand correctly, the hard drive in a unit they manufactured crashed and even though I have service paid through next November, they want me to pay an additional $150 to cancel. Do I have that right? What am I doing wrong? What should I do ?
