Hard Drive compatibility

I have an external hard drive (Western Digital, 250gb model #WD2500B012) that I'd like to convert to a replacement drive for my Series 2 TiVo.
Is this drive compatible? If so, I plan on ripping it out of the casing, sending to DVRUpgrade.com for formatting and installing myself.
If you can tell me if this drive is compatible, I'd very much appreciate it.
