Guide Info Not Available For My HD Channels

Well Comcast moved all my HD channels to a 4 digit assignment and now I don't have any guide data for them. I called TiVo support about it on 6/22 and they said it won't be fixed until 6/29! Does anyone else think this is an unusually long time to get guide data for channels that moved? Channel mapping is there but no guide data. This has effectively wiped out my ability to schedule recording of HD channels until it's fixed. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm in a Comcast service area in South Eastern CT. :eek:

That's the standard time it takes to correct errors in the guide data. There's a whole process of Tivo contacting TMS who has to contact the cable company, etc.

It can take shorter, it can take longer. There's no automatic time frame.

Please advise.
Be patient.

If any recordings are critical, just set up manual recordings using your SD guide info (or the guide on Zap2It). No, it's not perfect, but it'll get you through the transition period.
