My devices (1=Bolt; 3=Roamio; 2=Mini's):
Question: What are the part numbers/cost I would need to convert my devices to wireless interconnect?
I had a water pipe break and my network cabling in my home seems to of been damaged!
Trying to decide if it is worth the effort to get it repaired/replaced or to go wireless or to drop my TIVO service since most programs are now streamable.

If you go wireless, then all the devices will have one thing in common: the router. A good router will be needed as well as a good environment. Also, consider Powerline. Some find it better than wireless.

Right now you can switch the Bolt and Roamio units to wireless. It's built-in.

Wireless worked well in my environment for TiVo to call home for updates and guide data.
But, when I started trying to stream or ever transfer programs between TiVo, wireless proved unreliable.

Wireless does not work well in homes built with plaster walls containing wire mesh to hold the scratch coat.
Think Faraday cage...
