My Tivo has been in the loft for about 2 years now, going to start using it again. I have a turbonet card etc and a larger (120GB) disk installed, but was wondering can I get a lifetime subscription, and is it worth it?

Thanks

Even now, when the summer sales slump has kicked in, a lifetime sub adds £100+ to the value of a unit compared to one without, so you might take the attitude that it will pay for itself in only 10 months compared to the usual 20 months equation for the full value to be covered.

Of course it's worth it!

...especially when they introduce the Series 3 to the UK and you can take advantage of the upgrade offer for existing lifetime users.... :D:D

Oh dear! There's not much sun around, but what there is much be getting to our dear sight-impaired citrus fruit. He seems to be having dillusions :p
Have there been any reports of snorkelling Tivos in the Malmesbury area? ;) :D
