Call Tivo and setup a confrence call, with your cable company, by federal law they have to install cable cards in your Tivo.I joined Comcast because they said they supported Tivo, so I bought a Tivo HD; when Comcast came to install their cards the cards would not work. Now Comcast is telling me they never supported Tivo. My response to them was if that's true why were their techs. at my house trying to install the cards. They won't let me speak to anyone in "authority" nor will a supervisor return my calls. Yet they are screaming about my unpaid bill. Suggestions?
That's what I like about Comcast... consistent policies. That is the way it works for me. 1 box included in monthly service and 1st cablecard is no charge. So I get both a box and cablecard for no additional charge.
That's not the theme of this thread, which you resurrected from nearly HALF A YEAR AGO.And I have Micheal Schumacher's full last season in F1 on it's Hard Drive.
How do I burn this data to a DVD or download it to my laptop?
You go the Home Media Features section and ask. It's easy, but I have a Mac, and can't help (I trust the laptop is a PC).And I have Micheal Schumacher's full last season in F1 on it's Hard Drive.
