...hire and / or survey us'n's out here beFORE you go making changes like
creating the TIVO EXPERIENCE ?#&l^$%% what the hell is that supposed to be?
NOT helpful for those with SD tvs. not even great on HD, the damn fonts are too small,
you rely on unreadable thumbnails & gifs & jpgs, the menus suck, the whole thing's
unuseable that's why we previewed ATT/Chicago, saw the 'NEW' tivo stuff and decided
against it. Not usable by aged, tired, impoverished, disabled and TBI folks.
