My remote wasn't able to control my S2 today for some reason.
I had to to reset the code to 0 to get the remote working again. Upon getting it working, I could see that the tivo it had just gotten the 9.1 service update. I was able to set the code back to 2 as it was originally.
Now updating the S3, so we'll see if this messes up the remote code too.
