Full Episodes Online?

Is there a list anywhere that has at least a semi complete list of series that have the full episode online?

I know CBS, ABC, and NBC have quiet a few of their shows online - such as Survivor, Grey's Anatomy and Friday Night Lights. NBC's Heroes is on Netflix (with excellent quality) With only one working TiVo, I need to juggle as much as possible and watch some shows online.

Is there a list anywhere?

And no, not interested in Bit Torrent...

Also apparently Netflix is getting in on it. They have Heroes and Dexter (those are the only two that I know of so far) available to watch on their Watch Now service. Of course you have to be a Netflix member for that. But the new episodes are popping up on there the day after they air...and without commercial interuptions.

And no, not interested in Bit Torrent...

Also is there a way to figure out if a series is rebroadcast on another network. Last week I think heroes was rebroadcast on NBC on the Saturday after the normal broadcast. I see where Bionic Woman is rebroadcast on sister network Sci-fi channel on Fridays. If you don't have a Tivo, how do you figure this out? I tried doing a search on TV Guide and it doesn't list the rebroadcast on the Sci-fi channel.

I would not rely on the online streams if you miss a show. I only see them as a last resort. They are not that reliable. ABC, CW and FOX are the worst since they rely on the real crappy Move player. Try to watch the video and every few seconds it stops. Also NBC uses flash and I could not watch most of their shows. They will play for about 30 seconds and then stop for about a minute and continue doing so. The only network I had better streaming was CBS and that is only if I switched it to the real player stream. The windows media one keep buffering all the time.

The thing is I don't watch anything on CBS. I watch shows on the other networks though.

I guess your mileage may vary. It may have to do with your internet speed. Mine is pretty fast (5mb) and I have no issues with playback on ABC, NBC, CBS or Netflix. Netflix is the best quality picture at full screen. But the other three are watchable with no stuttering or stopping, just some fuzziness if I try to watch full screen.

If you are having continuing problems watching online shows, I would be interested in what your download speed is.

You can go to Tivo.com then go to the Online Scheduling section. At the top of that page is Search TV. Just type in the name of the show you are looking for and it will bring up the next showing and all upcoming showings on all channels at the bottom of the page. You don't need a Tivo account or anything to view this info.
