hi - i got a series 2 unit from a friend and it seemed to be working fine. Now we are in the 'basic' mode and can't activate it for full service. Each time we try, the system gives us an error and we are told to call. we call and they tell us nothing looks wrong, but they can't activate it either.

any ideas on how to get this activated? Is there some way to change the TSN so we can register it that way?

You cannot change the TSN, or at least we cannot say how here.

You could try a C&DE to see if you can remarry the TSN to the system.
