There was a recent story about John Elway issuing a cease and desist order to an indie band that named themselves Elway. I guess the connection is that both issued cease and desist orders to someone else.

In any case, I love that commercial! They managed to capture the "big box" experience (not just Best Buy, but virtually any big box store).
