when i start the TTG desktop and search for files it comes back with "cannot find dvr"
now my service is not fully active as i just got it last week and the activation dept is having trouble doing the activation,
but should i not be able to see the tivo device?
it connects to the network just fine and "calls" the server in the AM as scheduled
i am on a temperary status and am running out of space as i was recording on high ASSUMING i would be transfering to PC.
