Does anyone have an example of an Excel Spreadsheet for the Fall TV Schedule that they'd be willing to share. I'd like to do one, but have no idea how it is done. I have 2 Tivos to schedule, one is a DT and one is a Series 2.

wait until you see it before you thank me ;)
I don't know much about Excel but I think this is great. It has the network logos and the shows are hyperlinked so that if you click on them you go to their website. Also included is their premiere date. Each day of the week is on its own sheet. Not sure how I will do my scheduling yet, think I will use the line below the show to denote what Tivo will record it. This will be a big help. Am going to use the TV Guide recommendations at to which shows to watch. Will try to get this done today. Have to be away pet sitting for two weeks.

I did the same. The grid at Futon critic easily "cuts-and-pastes" into Excel.

I also added pages on mine where I list the general SPM order and one with the shows sorted by premiere date.

I have one that only has ABC, CBS, and NBC (plus Fox the night that Kitchen Nightmares is on and USA the night that L&O-CI is on). Nice thing is that it's on one page. It doesn't link to anything, but it has premier dates.

Let me know if you want me to email it to you. I don't know how to do zip files either. (Although it's probably pretty easy...it only took Jebberwocky 2 minutes.)

Spread sheets like these are great in 2 ways: they help you figure out conflicts and track what show to record on what Tivo, but they also remind you just how much TV you're watching. I've been using them for 3 years now, and have actually scaled back every season on what I watch.

This is what I created.... I have all the shows listed, but I don't record all that. In fact, I removed my notes/shading for the shows I record. I added all the shows from my TV Guide, the list here, info at Futon Critic, etc just to make sure I wasn't missing out on something.

Edited: I finally got the excel file zipped and added to my post.

Nice, thanks for the line-up. I'll have to take a highlighter and and figure out which new shows I want to Tivo between my two S2's
