I'm sorry i dont have an answer but csrs like that make me want to take a picture of my tv and send it to them. Totally unreasonable to deny something you saw.

Error Code 13
I have a HDVR from Directv. When I record baseball games on the MLBB channels I have a problem. On many occasions when I watch the game it stops after 20 to 40 minutes and I get the blue screen with a message "program no longer available. Error Code 13" But if I go to the channel live and the game is not over, the game is still there. Directv tech support says there is no such error.
Anybody have an idea or has anyone else had the same problem.

Could that be an error for one of the DirecTV branded dvrs instead of the DirecTV Tvios?
