A Bolt OTA delivers a digital picture, if you you're having issues with color you should look to your TV as the place to adjust.

Elaborate, please. What does "exact same input" mean? If the TiVo is hooked up to it, what other "perfect picture" is there?

I have an OTA amplifier distribution system that maintains a good level of 72% which gives me a perfect picture (no pixelation whatsoever) on all my TVs and my OTA Channel Master recorders. I can swap inputs on the TiVo but it doesn't make any difference which of the 4 amplifiers I use to connect to it, the TiV0 has washed out color and poor contrast.

Sorry, I have no idea how to relate your answer to my question. Typically, when people compare PQ, they are comparing one input on a TV to another (eg, HDMI-1 vs HDMI-2). And often they will discover that the PQ settings are different on those inputs. Maybe one has Motion Smoothing turned on, or a different color gamut set. That was the type of answer I was looking to get from you.

What are the inputs (signal), and what are they connected to?

Which TV HDMI input, not which amp output. In any case, you have to adjust the picture settings on your TV. They're different for every HDMI input.
