Just happened to notice the final Avengers movie on TNT tonight. I was shocked at the picture. Incredibly clear and smooth...light years better than most if my channels. Can Comcast selectively improve a picture on a whim? Maybe it is TNT? I haven't channel surfed and maybe it is an overall improvement. Thor's buddy..the one made of rocks? He looks like I've never seen. I've seen this movie many times and it never looked this good on tv.

i was watching aussie open tennis streaming on espn hd due to a basketball overrun, and when i switched to espn2 i noticed the picture was hands down much better on comcast.

i'll record endgame tomorrow to catch the file size...

the result with comcast on tnt at 4 hours was 7.1gb 720p, the same file size as other similar length 720p comcast recordings, so no help there.
