Emergency Message during group playback

Got that STUPID Emergency Message during a group playback. However, if was for counties in Massachusetts (I'm in Maine). Couple questions. First-why am I getting emergency messages for Massachusetts? Second, how do I restart group play exactly where it interrupted?
