Hi - can't figure something out... most commonly when I go to use the Prime Video app I get a black screen for about 5 seconds (no Prime Video logo), and then a white screen following it, and nothing more. The app does not start and I can press the Tivo button to get back to the home screen. The other apps seem to work. And Prime Video works sometimes. I have tried rebooting and that does not help.

Any ideas? Thank you!
