I've been having the same problem w/ the Late Night shows on NBC for the past week. They're coming in through the Sat though from NY MPEG2, not OTA.

I'm in Chicago, but getting the MPEG 2 NY NBC HD feed. Everything else that I have watched on that channel has been fine, except for the occasional SD broadcast or the 1/2 second video flicker/blackouts.
