I have a Tivo Bolt (TCD849500) which currently runs with Spectrum Cable. I will be canceling cable and returning the CableCard and Tuning Adapter to Spectrum. Will I be able to run my Bolt with an HD Antenna instead? If so, what else would I need (eg: do I need to buy a CableCard)

The TCD849500 4-tuner that you have will do OTA with no issues, all it needs is an antenna and to rerun guided setup.
You will not lose any recordings.

Probably worth checking out antennaweb.org to see what stations you can get, what size/type antenna you need and which way to point it. Welcome to the cord-cutter club. The day I cancelled Spectrum a few years ago was a happy day.
