Dumb question about descriptions

I have noticed on progam listings on TIVO they have "R" on them. At first I thought that was for a rerun, but its on first run programs too. Can't figure out what it means.

It is supposed to be repeats of any sort, either network (which pretty well all are repeats right now), and syndicated or cash re-runs.

Using an R to show that a program is a repeat has been the standard way to do it for many decades now.
