If you want to copy a smaller drive to a new larger one .. I've done this in the past and it works just fine. http://www.rosswalker.co.uk/tivo_upgrade/

You may want to re-post your question there since that's where the upgrade experts hang out.

If you don't care about the existing contents then Xberk's eBay link looks like a good option. Note the auction claims that drive is only for a Premiere, so if you have a Premiere XL you'd probably need different software.
