Okay now I know I should report the lineup problem to tivo's website or whatnot but I am staying a University Residence at Purdue University. We get something called Boiler TV which is basically cable run to our rooms. I am trying to hook up my tivo Series 2 DT DVR but it cannot find Boiler TV as a provider and does not match the channels up correctly when it asks me which channel corresponds to which number. I would report the lineup problem to tivo but there is no phone number for Boiler TV and they do not have a support line or office, and also they're small and pretty much useless website say that tivo should automatically recognize their system. Now I realize this is a pretty reigional specific problem but any help would be much appreciated.
