I know this sounds stupid, but I'm trying to figure out how many kB (or MB) the average daily call is. I don't have a regular phone line, and I've given up my internet connection at home. My only choice is to use my bluetooth cellphone, through my Mac, sharing the internet connection to the TiVo via an Ethernet-USB adapter.

Basically, I figure I can get by making phone calls once a week. Does anyone know how much data the TiVo needs to download?

I think maybe 500KB/Day of data, maybe 7 MB.
